Who hires grief support?

Grief support is weekly meetings to offer support and guidance through life after loss.

Who hires grief support?

Grief support is for anyone who has experienced the death of their child through miscarriage, stillbirth, early infant death and/or abortion. Infertility support is for anyone who has experienced infertility.

Is coaching a type of therapy?

Coaching is similar to therapy that you will have someone who is supporting you through your loss. Therapy is done by a licensed therapist where coaching is done by someone who is trained to provide support. 

How does one become a grief support coach?

We offer grief support from your peers who have experienced their own child loss and who have been trained to support other families in their loss. 

What is the difference between a coach and a consultant?

A coach is someone who is on your side cheering you on and helping you get to your goals. A consultant is just someone from the outside giving some ideas or advice. 

Do you work with men or families?

Men and families are both welcome to received support from Grieving the Child.
